Meum retries failed webhook deliveries automatically. Your WooCommerce endpoint must return HTTP 200 with { "received": true }.

  • 6 attempts with exponential backoff
  • Initial delay: 60 seconds
  • Delivery timeout: 10 seconds (configurable via platform settings)

WooCommerce-specific acceptance

For managed WooCommerce endpoints, HTTP 200 alone is not sufficient. Meum checks the response body for WooCommerce acknowledgment via isWooWebhookAck(). If HTTP 200 is returned but WooCommerce does not acknowledge, delivery is treated as failed and retried.
