Invoice status stays awaiting_payment or quoted. Check:
  1. Customer completed on-chain payment to correct deposit address
  2. Correct token/network selected at checkout
  3. Poll GET /v1/invoices/{id}/status — triggers on-demand status check
  4. Confirm you are testing against the production API (not a staging environment)
Expected result: Status transitions within normal confirmation window.
