Invoice creation or WooCommerce connect fails with payout wallet error. Resolution:
  1. Go to Dashboard → Account → Organization settlement
  2. Enter a valid payout address for your chosen settlement stablecoin
  3. Select output asset (settlement stablecoin)
  4. Retry operation
