# WooCommerce troubleshooting

> Common WooCommerce integration issues.

| Issue                            | Solution                                            |
| -------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------- |
| Connect fails: invalid key       | Generate new connection key in Merchant Admin       |
| Connect fails: payout wallet     | Configure settlement wallet first                   |
| Site already connected           | Disconnect from other store or use clear binding    |
| Payments blocked on domain       | Reconnect in Merchant Admin → Integrations          |
| Order not updating after payment | Check webhook URL permalinks; verify webhook secret |
| Gateway not visible              | Enable gateway checkbox; verify connection is ready |
