# Woocommerce Connection Failed

> Troubleshoot woocommerce connection failed issues with Meum.

WooCommerce plugin connect fails.

| Error                        | Action                                            |
| ---------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------- |
| Invalid connection key       | Generate new key in Merchant Admin → Integrations |
| Insufficient scope           | Use bootstrap connection key, not dedicated key   |
| Site already connected       | Disconnect from other store first                 |
| Payout wallet not configured | Configure settlement wallet                       |
| API unreachable              | Verify Platform API URL is `https://api.meum.io`  |
