# Payment Remains Pending

> Troubleshoot payment remains pending issues with Meum.

Invoice status stays `awaiting_payment` or `quoted`.

**Check:**

1. Customer completed on-chain payment to correct deposit address
2. Correct token/network selected at checkout
3. Poll `GET /v1/invoices/{id}/status` — triggers on-demand status check
4. Confirm you are testing against the production API (not a staging environment)

**Expected result:** Status transitions within normal confirmation window.
