# Incident Reporting

> Report security incidents to Meum.

Email [support@meum.io](mailto:support@meum.io) with:

* Organization and store name (not API keys or secrets)
* Timestamp and affected invoice IDs
* Description of the incident

Rotate compromised API keys and webhook secrets immediately in Merchant Admin.
