# Incident Reporting

> Meum security guidance for incident reporting.

Report security incidents to [support@meum.io](mailto:support@meum.io).

Include:

* Organization and store ID (not API keys or secrets)
* Timestamp and affected invoice IDs
* Description of the incident

Rotate compromised API keys and webhook secrets immediately via Merchant Admin.
