Customer records are wallet-centric and derived from invoice metadata.

* WooCommerce customer IDs, emails, and phone numbers may be stored in invoice metadata
* Customer data is accessible via Merchant Admin (JWT dashboard), not public API
* Follow applicable privacy regulations for your jurisdiction
