# Settlements

> Settlement logs and stablecoin payout.

## What settlement means in Meum

Settlement is the conversion of received crypto to your configured **output asset** (stablecoin) and transfer to your **settlement wallet**.

## Merchant Admin

View settlement status per invoice in invoice detail view.

## Email notifications

Configure settlement success/failure emails in **Dashboard → Notifications**.

<Note>
  Merchant-initiated settlement retry is a **platform admin** operation (`/v1/platform-admin/settlements/{invoiceId}/retry`). Not available in the public merchant API.
