# Create an account

> Register for a Meum merchant account.

## Prerequisites

* Valid email address
* Access to [app.meum.io](https://app.meum.io)

## Steps

1. Go to [app.meum.io/register](https://app.meum.io/register)
2. Enter your email and password, or sign up with Google OAuth
3. Complete email verification if prompted
4. Log in to Merchant Admin

<Note>
  Registration may require reCAPTCHA v2 when enabled on the platform.
</Note>

## Expected result

You land on the Merchant Admin dashboard with a default organization.

## Troubleshooting

* **Account suspended** — contact [support@meum.io](mailto:support@meum.io)
* **Google OAuth issues** — ensure pop-ups are allowed for `app.meum.io`
